Choice
A friend of mine today was given a hard time for the indulgence of his blog. That is the personal elements, the ramblings, and the trivia…let alone the opinions. I used to worry about this. I thought this whole thing was just too indulgent; I mean I talk all the time, now I have to bother the world with unwelcome writings too.
The thing is, you own your own blog; you take care in what you say (if you want)…and most importantly nobody has to bother reading it AT ALL. It’s all mine. It is self indulgent. Read it or not.
But, there’s no question that this year, I know my friends and strangers who have blogs (and myself) better than I did last year.
