What Am I Watching?
I’m in Hong Kong this week. I’m watching the U.S. Presidential debate live this morning (Friday morning, incidentally the Chinese National Day). It seems that Kerry is articulate and focussed, basically pushing Bush into his least likeable position, the defensive one. It will be interesting to see how it shakes out but my sense is Kerry is winning this one; a surprising feat given the very stiff debate format the Bush team insisted on.
